Hazel McCully becomes our new President

Ayr Rotary have a new President, Hazel McCully who was Born in Scotland but raised in England.

Married, with five children and five grandchildren Hazel lives in Crosshill, Maybole.

While living in Saudi Arabia, where she raised thousand of dollars for world wide charities, Hazel worked for UNICEF and during her time living in Corfu she was a founder member of Corfu International Rotary Club earning the presitigious Paul Harris award and was also awarded a plaque from Corfu Municipality (council) for raising money for less fortunate people.

In addition to all her other attributes, Hazel trained as an Holistic Therapist and even has time to run her own cafe the Three C’s in Ayr.

Hazel will undoubtedly not allow the grass to grow under her feet in her new Rotary role, having already set new community projects in motion for the forthcoming year, seeking to galvanise the Ayr Rotary team spirit to achieve successful outcomes, with the help from President Elect Harry Jackson.
