A thought provoking presentation from former District Governor Alex Blair on Club Visioning which is a critical analysis of the health of a club by using a dynamic management approach. He said it provides a vision for the future and the beginnings of a written plan that promotes consensus, consistency and continuity, helping a club grow and become more effective. Alex continued that the process is based on five key questions related to the planning process.
- Who are you?
- Where are you?
- Where do you want to be?
- How will you get there/
- How will you know when you have arrived?
In conclusion, an offer to return to the Club and help with the process, was extended by Alex. Muir Austin gave the vote of thanks
