Last Tuesday evening saw the outgoing president Colin Vooght passing the honour, chain of office, and the inevitable responsibilities, to our new president Ieuan Isaac. Ieuan, in turn, presented Colin with a past-president’s badge and welcomed Ian Alexander as president-elect
